So untersuchen die im Buch versammelten Künstler:innen zwischen Mexiko und Armenien, Südafrika und Belarus, Bali und dem Iran das kreative Zusammenspiel von Kunst und Kochen, seinen sinnlichen Zauber und die aktuell so notwendige Kraft, Gemeinschaften zu bilden.

30 artists, 22 countries, 1001 flavours and the taste of the big wide world: ‘Cuisine Mondiale’ is an artistic and culinary tour du monde through the cooking pots of the world, full to bursting with recipes from artists who have travelled with the Atelier Mondial international residency programme. The artists gathered in the book, from Mexico to Armenia, South Africa to Belarus, Bali to Iran, explore the creative interplay between art and cooking, its sensual magic and the power to build communities that is currently so necessary.
